unless you're doing them for fun and enjoy them, I'd recommend to do only Union Depository auto shop contract.
There's a way to get it, if it's not on the board, you rinse and repeat until you get it on the board then do it, or start it and save it for later, once you pick it from the board, even if you're not planning to do it right away, it will preserve it until you decide to do it.

I started a new character, on the second character I don't have high end apartment and the criminal starter pack doesn't have one either, but on the new character I wanted to buy a house, the one that cames for free in Vitas, and when trying to purchase it offered me to trade an existing property, a high end apartment in Del Perro heights...

Approach vehicle: Longfin, loot the airstrip first, then infiltrate through the drainage tunnel, do the easy run to the office, check vault (pays additional 30-100k) do finger prints and go to the basement for primary target, then another run to the gate for exiting the compound, kill the bike guy, ride and jump off the cliff and keep swimming till the black screen!
