If you’re talking about businesses to accrue goods for the nightclub, the best businesses (not sure which order is best though) are the Crate Warehouse/Hangar, Bunker, Cocaine Lockup, Meth Lab and Counterfeit Cash Factory.

If you’re talking about a completely different business, either the Acid Lab or Agency

Of course it won't compare to a nightshark, but nightshark is not really bulletproof, even with the window plating which doesn't do shit...
Nightshark is better for public lobbies because of their missiles protection, but you can still get killed by bullets quite easily.
I generally play solo on invite only and was never killed inside a kuruma

NPCs generally don't shoot missiles at you, luckily, because Kuruma can't tank a single one
