best way to make money is kosatka submarine for cayo perico heist.. there are some guides onbyt for how to make money on a new character by doing these treasure hunts

agency and autoshop are also pretty good businesses that u can make decent money with pretty easily

For S&S (2 people):
Drive up right next to the keycard entrance and don’t worry about getting caught since a lot of the time, I don’t get caught for being near the cams. After you get in, take out your stun gun and stun the voltage box. Usually there would be 1-3 people at the lobby area. Kill them then stun the cam. Go to the left side to see if there’s anyone, then kill then if there’s people there. Once you get the entrance/lobby area cleared, go into the surveillance room. Shoot through the window to kill some one (if there’s someone inside) and after that, wait for a guard to pass by. Don’t be next to the door window or you would get caught. After he passes, go knock him out. After that, open the safe and grab the cash. After you’re done, start heading downstairs. Be careful since there’s a guy patrolling the stairs and there’s a cam down there. So hide on the stairway then knock the dude out, go down until you see the cam, then stun it or run under it.

After you go downstairs, you go to the left and there’s 2 people usually there. Kill them. Then go back to where you came from, then go to the right, and disable the camera. At the vault area, kill everyone in the room while being sneaky. Disable the cams as well. Don’t worry about the dude at the vault door area, he can’t see you. Then both of you guys have to the keycards and both swipe at the same time. Then go to the vault, and open it. Since it’s only two of you, I recommend one of you guys hacking while the other grabs. After finish with the vault, you leave, kill everyone in the area again, disable the cams, etc. Just do everything in reverse. Disable the cams at the stairway, kill the dude patrolling the hallways, then clear out the surveillance room and main lobby again. The safe would refresh so you could take the safe again. While escaping, stun the voltage box again, disable the cam again, then leave.

Once you go outside, don’t shoot anyone. Just stay to the left side of the wall (near the race track) and just make a run for it. Steal a civilian car then drive to the police station. 9/10 of the times, there would be a helicopter on top of the building. So just climb the top of the building and get the helicopter then fly to your destination.
