The event being referred is all ufos are gonna be visible at the last day of halloween and there's a 25% chance of getting abduced by the ufo +teleported inside the ufo interior if you go underneath them and get some exclusive clothing items.

The ufos at this last stage / event won't despawn and EMPs your vehicle if you go near them.
