Anyone know why Maude won't send the bounty targets? I've tried at least a half dozen times, she sends the initial text, but never the email with the targets. But another way to do it that wasn’t patched in Online is just to open the pause menu, and unpause as you drive into LS Customs.

There’s a glitch to disable the Halloween weather temporarily for one day only, and only in that session.

Go to facility, walk up to the orbital cannon and interact with it, then just back out of the screen for it when it comes up.

Then the Halloween weather will disable until the next day when it enables again.

I heard you can even bring the Halloween weather in story mode too.
