Ipuc is way slower top speed wise and handles way worse than the nightshark, it’s like driving a bath tub on wheels which is understandable considering it’s an insurgent but that doesn’t take away from anything
For all of those additions you mentioned, they’re dependent on research, which is already a big turn off considering what a money dump research is, either you get lucky or you don’t
Now admittedly, only the proximity mines out of everything you mentioned are legitimately useful, but even proximity mines have become obsolete in recent days because of the amount of aerial vehicles that straight up do not come into contact with them and armored vehicles which tank them, like sure it’s better to have them than not have them but vehicles like nightshark don’t suffer whatsoever if they don’t have it, insurgent is deadass just a money dump especially if you’re a solo player you will not benefit from using it over the nightshark, nightshark is faster, more agile, smaller hitbox and assuming you’re a good player then spamming sticky bombs is about as good if not better than the turret on ipuc, nightshark is cheaper too
And even if you consider the ipuc better I don’t see how that makes the nightshark overrated lol

If it’s coming from above the timing is so fucking tight
