Both are very good. I recommend (for right now) nightclub. 50k/in game day for nothing, your stock goes up to anywhere over 1 million. Easy money for doing nothing. On the other hand, hangar is an active business. 30k per cargo sourced and easy to get money from it. But takes a while to get to full stock, even with 2 players.
