If you can do all setups and finales in order, with the same team of 4 players, all set to hard difficulty, and without anyone losing a life you will be rewarded with a bonus of 10 million. This stacks with the All in Order and Loyalty rewards of a million each, so in theory can be a total bonus of 12 million if those other awards haven't been achieved yet
