I use longfin. Go to warehouse, takes a good 2 or so minutes to get there, go to it, takes 3-5 minutes to get what I need and escape, go to the drinage tunnel takes another 2 minutes or so. Takes 1-2 minutes to cut it open, then takes about a minute to get to the actual house. The clone takes around 2-3 minutes to do for me. Go to the basement, get what I need. Takes another two minutes for getting whatever I need. Escaping the place takes like 30 seconds. Escaping the island (via swimming) takes around 3 minutes (for my case) sometimes 2 minutes.
