Yes, Buying merch at LS car meet will boost your rep, wearing the merch will give a little boost, changing anything on your personal vehicle in the LS car meet mod shop will give your rep a boost, taking your car to the test track will give rep, same with the test ride cars, doing a time trial lap will give your self some rep. But I would do our shop contracts. It gives a huge boost to your rep, so you can level up at the LS car meet.
