laser is slightly faster and can turn a bit sharper than he hydra but its so expensive you shouldnt buy it over the raiju. hydra can also be summoned into helipads therefor making it easier to access while in freeroam

Nagasaki Shotaro has probably the best handling for racing, and the Powersurge is basically as mix of the two. Decent handling, top speed and good acceleration

I would suggest the Powersurge since it's on sale this week and is highly competitive
