Look dude@wintry heron what I recommend to you is to buy an agency first it's a lot more beneficial like every 48 mins you can do a payphone hits which makes 85k and one contact Misson makes prolly more then around 40k at least and you got that big fat Dr dre contact Misson too through that money you can then purchase a nightclub which will make you more benifits like every 48 min you will get 50k ( if the popularity remains stagnant) and it also gives you access to sell nightclub goods which are been done on its own and in occasions you can also increase its value by doing some Misson of it ( nightclub goods Misson ) and etc m telling if you follow this flow you will be good cause I did this only and ngl it's worth every penny !
