One easy way you can determine if a vehicles missiles are persistent or not really easily is by taking a mk2
And taking the vehicle which missiles you wanna test, and having a person in that vehicle shoot at your mk2
If you on the mk2 do a super tight boost evasion and the missile stops following that means it’s a tier below stromberg
but the fact it has unlimited missiles kinda just gives it an edge over the other vehicles
