The best of the best when it comes to missiles is Ruiner 2000, it’s missiles are perfect in almost every way, they’re extremely persistent, often doing multiple 360s just so they can keep following their target, and sometimes it’ll even go through solid walls and objects
The next, below R2K, are the Vigilante, Scramjet, and Deluxo, these vehicles have virtually identical missiles to the ruiner but the only way that ruiner beats them is because the ruiner has a wider tracking radius, but more often than not this difference is so minuscule and irrelevant that you could literally just put them on the same tier level
Below those 2 would be chernobog, it’s missiles don’t have the tracking capabilities that those 4 cars have, but they’re still extremely persistent missiles, plus chernobogs missiles are considerably faster than any other missiles in the game except for kosatka cruise missiles, and they also deal RPG damage, and you can shoot a volley of 5 of them, so as long as you keep spamming a jet with missiles he pretty much can’t kill you because he’s too busy evading the missiles
Below cherno is Stromberg, the stromberg has the same missiles that mk2 used to have pre nerf but now it’s in a league of its own obviously cuz the mk2 got nerfed, they have decent tracking, persistent enough to keep following even after tight maneuvers but nowhere near as persistent as the others
Then there’s mk1, mk2 and toreador
And then there’s every other vehicle missile in the game such as jets and helis
And then there’s the handheld homing launcher which is just dogshit
