Personal vehicle spawns at the Farmhouse Bunker can be way over to the east on the far side of the freeway unless you stand in a specific spot looking a specific direction... I think it’s facing a shed to the south or some such thing.

When I'm opening safe or hacking my character just gets stuck

Like no way to move or do anything

I've noticed a bit of a lag on actions as well when I try to grab Cayo gold or burn the doors, any action really, my character moves to adjust but sorta freezes looking away from the object before completing the action.
