If you already own a hangar it be better to wait because both facility and avanger would cost you over 7M also you'll need an upgrade similar to how you do to bennies cars probably for the avenger to use it even so overall id go with which option is best suited to keep the most money

I only did Cayo as a host one time, because my friend basically did the scope mission for me back when I first started playing.

So supposedly I've played GTA Online for 64 Days, and 14 Hours.

It's mobility grants it versatility nearly unmatched by other vehicles,while it's missiles have excellent tracking capabilities,granting it amazing destructive potential.
However,it's not very fast in the air,and has no armor whatsoever,forcing you to rely heavily on skill and knowledge to avoid destruction,which isn't a bad thing,but due to it's lack of defenses,most people would look for alternatives.

If you need to distract or get away from an enemy,a more nimble vehicle,like the Oppressor MK1,or a more durable vehicle,such as the Nightshark,will perform better.
If you intend on using the flight for an attack,and know you are guaranteed to get hit,a more durable vehicle,like the Hunter,Starling,or Toreador,will be better for the occasion.

If I had to choose between the deluxo and the opp mk2 today, I'd choose the deluxo. I don't have one, I have the mk2 - bought it like you, for grinding, but honestly, just flying with it quickly became quite tedious and nowadays I choose land vehicles, even when I have to go across the map (unless I'm in a real hurry)

So if you become bored with flying in the deluxo, you can always just drive it
