First time you do it takes forever but the more you do it the more efficient you’ll get

If you go to interaction menu, securoserv, register as ceo (You don’t need an office to do so) you can do securoserv jobs like sightseer while you wait. A good intro to driving and the map, just steal a car or motorcycle for them. First dose is at the “R” On the map (there are two, it’s the left one). String of missions to get you an acid lab business. But I’d suggest doing enough sightseers/treasure hunts to get you a couple good guns first and get snacks and armor for them first
