Last Dose is confirmed to be the last part of the DLC,and taking over Friedmind's LS HQ likely won't happen,as Isiah still lives,and is likely running the op from a safehouse

The end of First Dose should have netted you the Brickade 6x6 which is the "shell" of the acid lab. You gotta pay over 500k to get it as a functional business.
