Facility is meant for the Doomsday Heist. Also you can store the avenger in there (only place). And the hangar opens the air freight cargo business. 30k payout per mission and with a full load sells for about 2 million. Does take a little grinding but to me the missions are fun.

A good way to do it is 1-2 cayos a week. You’ll still get 3+ million and it gives time to not get bored as fast.

if you have the best 5 things (coke, meth, cargo, bunker, cash) and the equipment upgrade, in total, nightclub warehouse produces 41.6k an hour worth of products, as long as they're all running
each of the stock types have unique max capacity and crates/hour

with the recent street dealers update, where weed has a chance to sell for double, it may be better to get weed instead of cash for nightclub

Nightclub requires you to simply own those business. In reality the product they create from it actually has nothing to do with Coke/Meth labs at all. Like, your Coke/Meth labs could have 0 product, 0 supplies, ignored by you forever, and NC will still generate goods passively

So the NIghtclub wouldn't affect your actual Coke/Meth businesses in any way
