What is the best spot to buy high end apartment?

||when you're thinking about optimal spots for locations that's based on where it's convenient for the missions you launch out of it
so for the arcade you want to be near the casino, for the bunker you want to be just barely outside the city
the apartment heists each have a different optimal location, and you can own multiple apartments, but they dont pay enough to be worth it||

Personally I think Alta St is a good one. It has a nice central location. I still use it to teleport to that part of the map because i don't have much else out there, and it gets me down the street to Benny's, for example.
