basically it's an IP problem, not a problem with your IP but rockstar making it a problem

long story short u just need a new IP

you can do it in a few ways

first, probably the easiest and probably not the best either, use VPN

since you get a new IP with vpn

second, if you have a specific kind of router/isp, after restarting your router for a few mins it should give you a new ip

third, contact your ISP and ask for a new IP address

lastly, you can wait for a few days, weeks, or months for your IP address to change itself

i personally use VPN to change my ip address bec restarting my router doesn't change my ip address
