Please Someone help me

I can't play online even though I connect to the Social Club. Whenever I start up the game on Steam it starts up the SC Launcher and automatically signs me in and starts the game without me able to do anything.

Afterwards it would show that I signed in "Offline". I have an internet connection and everything and every time I go to the online portion, the game tells me "You must be signed in to social club" which makes no sense because when I check SC in-game it shows nothing wrong.

I tried reinstalling the game, deleting the SC and GTA V files off my documents but nothing. Please if someone knows anything abut this, let me know.
