Farmhouse - Fairly centralized location, Best for Sell missions, but it's the most expensive one at 2.4 mil.
Route 68 - The most Centralized location, pretty good for sell missions, but the best one for the ammunation contracts. Significantly cheaper than Farmhouse at just under 2 mil.
Chumash - Far west, pretty good for sell missions, can be pretty bad for Marshall but not too terrible. It's relatively cheap though at 1.65 mil

fooligan missions you can get through the phone

call dax and ask for one

since you have to do 10 of them to unlock the upgrade

note: acid lab isn't worth it without the upgrade so you have to upgrade it

much better if you can upgrade it before selling your first stock
