I did cayo with a friend of mine and I told em "this isn't the fastest but I wanted to do something more fun" ... It took us 45 mins or so but in the end we got chased by a buzzard with all tires popped in our stolen jeep while dashing down the airport being followed by the Valkyrie shooting at us only to throw an airstrike at the air strip, hop on the plane and spray miniguns at the incoming enemy

Nah it's not an ouch. It's required to do vip fully loaded. Fully loaded vip work gives you 30 mins of no wanted level so if you wanna pvp start it up and do whatever you want :D for free well the cops not coming after you I mean also ruiner takes around 20 missiles when you're in one in the vip work so you can use it to bully armored vehicles :)
