Never timed my runs from Chumash, but if you try to solo, Farmhouse doesn't open any new missions to you. I think at least 1 of the missions can be duo'd from Farmhouse that Chumash couldn't.

So, I have enough money to buy the staff upgrade for my bunker, but I could also just keep saving up and get the submarine for the CP Heist. Any of y'all got any input on which I should choose and why?

For context, it would fully upgrade my bunker minus the security

You could do the staff upgrade and you can sell off the bunker with the equipment upgrade as well for $600-700k when full. Takes about 6 hours in game at least to fill. Then you’re spending over 200k for supplies. The cayo heist set ups can be done within 1 hour as well as the heist it only takes 7-10 minutes to do. Guaranteed 1.3 million everytime if you follow the right path. Nothing even comes close to beating the Kosatka.

I just finished the prep for the acid lab, but instead of spending the $750k, I was thinking instead get the last $300k for the Kosatka, which should help fund the rest of the acid lab once I'm done with the first Cayo heist.

I think it's a very valid reason, but I would be happy to be wrong if that's not the case.

What I think they mean is that while yes, if you had the time, you could totally just steal the supplies and get all the profit.

However, that's putting all your time towards one business when you could be out working on your other streams of income, like MC Businesses, Bunker, Cargo, Cayo Heist, etc.

If you don't care and enjoy the missions, by all means. But for getting on a smart money grind, buying the supplies will ensure they can handle themselves while you create or support other businesses you own

Like while I'll eventually just have Lupe get the special cargo, I do like some of the missions like the underwater ones.

And so I might want to run those exports every now and then.
