So far, the Kosatska-Cayo Perico heist is the best(still), as it guarantee's 1M+ 2nd is nightclub, just like what TGG posted on YT

I also found a mini spammable Mission with MC + Auto Shop then always doing the Life and Deathbikes, Find Only invite server again if the Life and Deathbikes is not on the list, its a guarantee of 70k per run

ahhh also finish the First Dose of Dax if you still havent yet, I believe the eventruns until february twelvish, it guarantees a 500k after finishing the 6 episodes and for you to buy the Acid Lab thats also a good business as it does not get attacked

Nightclub makes money on its own without you doing anything (through technicians) but in order for that to happen, you need to buy the technicians (since it doesnt come with the nightclub) and also own the businesses (since the technicians only make you money if you have the businesses). More businesses (outside of nightclub) = more money but also require more technicians (1 technician per business)
