if you go to LS car meet and test drive a car, then pull up your phone to either Dax or Yohan for the nightclub you can bypass the cooldown for their respective missions by holding the "request job" screen they have, driving out of the meet and accepting enter LS car meet while holding up that menu. then when you enter the meet it kicks you out of the building and starts your respective job
