2. PVP does not mean EVERY Player versus EVERY other Player of course there are PVP vehicles you need multiple people for so you have to coordinate yourself
3. Rockstar wants you to play PVP
   PVP is expensive (BST, Armor, vehicles ammo) you need to pay money to play it and Rockstar hopes you buy shark cards
   When you kill new players with OP- Vehicles they may buy shark cards to buy them themselves
4. The business are so you need to slowly and boringly sale irrelevant stock for a very low payout
   Pvp makes the salemissions interesting
