Just do the 6 missions first, in the final mission you'll steal the Acid Lab the dax will call you to go steal equipment then you're finished. 10 missions for the equipment upgrade and there is an hour cooldown for each mission so it'll take you 10 hours to do that. First focus on the 6 missions then you'll have the Acid Lab.
