The 1M in the docks will give you massive inconvenience when doing sales, popularity or in general moving around. The further up north the better. Access to top highways and roads, city, the sales are way easier cause you don't need to push through half the docks and literally all of LS just to get up north. I recommend either two of the Vinewood ones (northernmost two) or the del Perro one which I own. Believe me it'll make your life easier
