What I did is I took the longfin and went to the north airstrip first to fill up my lootbags. I ran and looted the hangar. Luckily the guards don't hear the forklift so you can still use it to get up top.

Once done you're just going to go to the main compound. Use the drainage tunnel.
Try to stealth through and kill as few people as possible. Enter the basement from the office

Once outside the compound. Kill the guy guarding the gate, Grab the bike and drive it off the cliffs to the west. Then just keep swimming
