I’ve been using the Hakuchao Drag motorcycle ($900k) with the free HSW upgrade package you can unlock upon completing a time trial mission at Hao’s Vehicle and buying a membership as LS Car Meet ($500 I think) which also unlocks the additional HSW Time Trials.
