Both business defenders and attackers deserve an update of sorts, even if it means in the next gta, i think "griefers" should be able to steal and sell for themselves ,which creates a sort of competition, but maybe the "most wanted" option could make that a bounty instead, the grinders could get better vechiles ,and be able to upgrade them, maybe even get bonuses by selling under certain modifiers (notoriety , amount of players etc.) , the thing is , there needs to be a you vs them relationship to not make the game boring ,and invite only sessions are a band-aid fix that make everyone a hermit in their own server
also the word griefer in this world would not be used, the closest definition would be "bandits" from dayz

That is an interesting feature to add, but there are more risk-free options for the griefers like the MKII, so as long as the delivery vehicles are as defenseless as it is right now it won't do much in the grand scheme of things.

buy any of the hangars in fort zancudo, you'll be able to access the military base with no wanted level upon entry.
with the purchase of a fort zancudo hangar, you will be able to steal a lazer and only recieve a two star wanted level, making it very easy to escape.
there's no need to buy it in that case.
