It is ridiculous. I would be in his side if the grinder was not getting bonus for the risk. But there is a 60% bonus possibility for selling in populated. As such, no excuse, you want the bonus, fight for it. Doesnt matter the griefer is getting peanuts rewards, they could even be attacking you for fun, it is allowed, part of game mechanic, and they HAVE fixed it by allowing full sale in invite only if you dont want to take the heat.
