beaching sub on vespucci can help speed things up and you can park you hoverbike if you have on top of the front part once it over land and enter throgh door your short walk to table also if you get goto merryweather HQ for weapon setup just keep destroying the heli you have to follow tto fail it and repeat untill you get an office building
