I advise moving it. Resupply/Popularity missions are hard enough cause you gotta go to the top of the map many times. Sell missions are also inconvenient if you're in the docks area. I recommend 3 options, Del Perro (one I have), West Vinewood and Downtown Vinewood (possibly two best options). Way easier to access, close to the centre of the map and to the areas where you'll be doing most of the activities.
