I just have one other underground business and am perfectly happy where I'm at. All you need to do is run the initial missions once and after that keep popularity up.

yeah I tried doing stealth, 1) people are HIGHLY unreliable
2) I HATE using Keyboard and mouse so I use controller. ANd boy I'm not quick on the draw to headshot two people close by in rapid succession so that ALWAYS triggers the alarm when I do.
3) seems with slow aim comes fast walkers as I stand in the middle of a square lol
So I'm not sure if quiet and stealthy is for me
