Restart the heist from the beginning.
But, instead of going swimming, go to the Main Dock.
Stealthily headshot the 3 guards and camera. And then wind your way down through the trees, AVOID death trees that'll hurt if you go too fast. Then take weave your way to the side where the long shack is, kill guard, shoot camera, kill solo guard and dock, kill guard next to crane, gran boat, and then watch for boat on water.
Head straight for emptiness, u win.

Today I sold a completely full bunker, and did so in a public session on PC. And I know what I used to be like, so I made sure I came prepared. Set up my MC Club, brought 5 of us.
Brought my Akula and my Rhino Tank out front before I launched the sell. 3 Insurgent vs Merryweather style. I covered in stealth from the Akula, 3 peeps drove, and a 4th took the Rhino (Guy was a modder unbeknownst to me when I started it, but it was kinda fun watching a flying tank). A few people got too close for comfort so they got taken out quick smart.
All was going well, 3/5 stops complete. But then our tanker DC'd, and a modder took the tank (Maybe he booted our tanker from the session?). Somehow he also disabled lock on from my Akula, so I didn't last long against him, and he took out 2 of the insurgents. He also seemed to be invincible. But one survived, and pushed on.
I ended up with $2.25M due to high demand bonus (so still pretty good), one guy was brand new and stoked that he got $60k.
All in all, modders aside, I miss that stuff. It's good to have that edge of your seat style "who's gonna mess with me" gameplay. It's good to have to have to be prepared for the worst and do the best you can when it gets there.

I remember hearing so many people complain about "Oh why are you attacking me, I'm just doing a delivery" yet the game literally encourages you to attack them, and expects sellers to bring protection to thwart the attackers. It was fun being on the other side of that, it's been too long

Just, again, would be nice if there weren't modders. That severely hampers the fun due to not being able to fight back because they're invincible...
