Normally what people are doing in PC to get away from the fatherless children is to create player groups with the same gaming tastes and create invite only or even crew sessions, although grind lobbies are invite onlys with everyone (like 20+) in different crews to trigger the sell bonuses without problems

When you first get it log in on the same psn account and go into setting and go to system from there you can transfer data which can take a long time and mine took me 6 hours but when the data is transferring you can't play it to transfer you ps4 also has to be turned on and a few games can't be transfered such as ps4 version of fortnite and youtube but if you can't transfer them they just redownload them in library
