Sorry dude, I had my notifications muted.
But basically the grind of the game is to buy the Kosatka and then do that heist over and over when you need money. They added a cooldown to the heist in the last update, but it's the biggest payout for the time it takes and it's not even close.
Buy a nightclub whenever it's on sale or as soon as you can; it's the best way to make passive income but you need to buy five other businesses to use it. TGG just made an updated guide for it showing you which ones.
As for your stats, there isn't really way or reason to power level them. Yeah they suck when you start out but the more that you just play the game the better they'll get.

You see, although you are theoretically in Cayo, from an IT perspective Cayo is in the same lobby sandbox, it is a secluded map to the SE of LS map, which means mods can affect it. Use invite only, you have nothing to gain doing cayo in public. People have had their planes shut down in midflight and everything.
