you can usually just run in instead of waiting

like shoot the bulldozer and then run him over yourself

or drop the container and run at the ceo until he runs into it

same with the gas tank but that's risky because one of the guards might shoot it by accident

those are probably the 2 duo missions

apparently there are 2 missions that only trigger if you have 2 people in your ceo when you start it
