U do 2 cayo and can buy max bunker. Then u do 4 more cayo and sell bunker you’ll be able to buy nc, tb and mk2 together. After that u buy mc, coke, meth and cash. This is what I did on my account and basically beat the game before reaching level 50

The best bunker location is Chumash it costs 1.6m. The upgrades cost around 1.5. This is around 3m total for a max bunker dude
