crates can spawn 3 vehicles on a large warehouses if you have a large amount of stock. it’s doable, just a bit tricky. i recommend watching a guy named gtagentlemen for which large warehouses he recommends

otherwise it’s 1 tugboat or 1 plane

crates are pretty easy, sometimes there's a shootout to make sure the delivery is safe but they're good for earning RP, I don't use it for money at all
