Pros: with it you can have an avenger the khanjali cherno and a jetpack.
Greater pay on the heists as long as a weapon storage (with the security upgrade)
Can upgrade any tactical weaponized vehicle with the avenger.
Cheaper then the agency

(without discounts to any)

Cons: Expensive upgrades, Difficult heists, Some weaponized vehicles wont accept the avenger. (the avenger is the only workshop so its a extra 3,500,000)
Only the facility vehicles accept the facility workshop

Agency:
Pros: Have access to armoury, personal workshop, imani tech vehicles where you can add remote control and missle blocker.
Easiest missions with a good pay at the end of all of them totaling to 1million. Access to company car which is the upgraded jubilee with armor plating.
Access to armor, weapon loadout, access to free snacks, access to the stun gun and any sort of weapon. Only the cheaper agency has the best view, Cheaper upgrades then the facility.

Also has a vault for passive but small income.

Best of all CHOP

Cons: Expensive then facility (without discounts), Location of the expensive agency was rushed with bad views, cant think of more.
