Honestly the OG heists problem isn't the payout it's the fact you need a crew to do them. It's impossible to find people to do prep work with. The easiest way to fix heists is to allow solo prep work like with cayo and then require a crew for the actual heist and boost the payout

Well for one I would make the game non p2p that way we can get rid of booters and I would give players more money for having GTA+. I would also pay devs to make more missions to keep players engaged every week or month instead of every 6 months. I would also make sure god mode is patched by taking 0.00002% health from players every 3 minutes as a system check.

If you increase the heist payout but you still need 4 players to do a prep mission no one is going to help you do the prep. And the prep missions aren't really hard enough to justify a 100k+ payout to players so the only real way is to make all prep achievable in solo and then increase heist payout
