Most ways to counter a greifer on consoles or any:
spam weapons usually heavy weapons or ones you are good with, sticky bomb the greeters vehicle if parked outside and the greifer is inside a building then explode him when he drives the vehicle
Counter them back with mosquito bike or night shark or whatever that is good recommend deluxo
Dog fight by stealing the jet from military or
Inventory spam or find new sessions
Using Kosatka guided missiles or sparrow with homing missiles
Going ghost mode and using bruise shark thing and armour if you are fighting on ground

That's all from the top of my head still more
