@rare lantern I think they will because of the ankle monitor it gives it a real purpose as to stay slowing the game down and limiting you to one area allowing you to get use to your spot . wich I think is best vice city should be this grand entrance.

I think I'd they slow it down like in rdr2 it gives you the player to stop and take it all in . wich is why if they do do this then if think online should be the same . make you appreciate the world plus it could also act like a filter between low level players and High ones . cause lets be honest a new player is not as adapted to the game as a veteran .

   First week of December is most likely here.
