for the life of me i cannot find any kind of source on this, gameroll dropped a whole list on twitter of shit he’s actually said so that people know what’s actually came from him or not, but the thing is he’s said more things than what he said on the list

since TGG said something in the video discussing these leaks about jason’s introductory mission, and he showed that gameroll talked about it in a discord server

TGG and Cyber boi included have also said in the videos discussing these leaks that chapter 5 is going through development hell, or at least getting reworked, with cyber boi being a close contact of gameroll meaning he would probably know if that piece of info was not said from him

so is there any screenshots of gameroll actually saying that chapter 5 got a large part of it cut out and is being reworked, or is going through development troubles

i really want confirmation on this because if this is true, i would be very, very concerned on the state of gta 6’s story, rockstar is no stranger to cutting content, but a large chunk of the closing chapter of the story getting cut this late in development could point to the fact that the story doesn’t have a clear direction, and might point to a possible dip in quality of writing there, but that’s just my overthinking speaking

The Problem With Zoned Servers

1. More Room for Griefers

A Better, Smarter Solution

Instead of overcomplicating things, Rockstar should upgrade what already works:
GTA 5 Online — just built for next-gen.

Bigger lobbies (60–100 players) using stronger server capacity

Render zones that load high detail around the player, but lighten the load in distant areas

Auto-kick system for mass griefing (e.g., repeated explosions or random kills = kicked or Bad Sport lobby)

Mission instancing, so businesses and heists are protected from outside interference

Smarter AI and dynamic world events, all within one seamless, connected map

What if, your GTA 5 Online Character gets transferred over to GTA VI Online.
But, the GTA VI Online Character functions as a mute antagonist and associate within the GTA VI Story line, appearing in many missions as a side character, and you have to meet the online character in order to be able to play gta vi online, but during gta vi online there is no association to the gta vi story line to prevent a paradox

to prevent an even larger paradox, being not having a gta v online character, is that players have to create an online character once they start up gta vi for the first time

I would say this is probably what will happen. Too much is on the line for rockstar to release an unfinished game. If GTA 6 underperforms and turns into cyberpunk that’s game over for their stock price and if they REALLY screw up (again they won’t) that could be game over for rockstar.

But imo that’s also why the game won’t be as good as gta 5. I think they’re going to be really safe which is good in this case but bad if you like edgy jokes and crude humor which I think there will be less of.

My opinion on gta6

GTA 6 looks crazy in the best way. From the trailers, it seems like Rockstar is going all-out to make this their biggest and most realistic game yet.

The graphics are insane — everything looks super detailed and alive. Vice City is back, but it’s way more modern and full of life. There are tons of people, cars, lights, animals… it just feels real.

This time, there are two main characters — Jason and Lucia. Lucia’s the first main female character in GTA, which is cool. They seem like a criminal couple, kind of like Bonnie and Clyde.

The world looks huge and full of stuff to do. I am hyped because it feels like a true next-gen game, not just another update.

Only downside:

It’s only coming to PS5 and Xbox at first — no PC yet.
It might cost more than usual (maybe $70–80).
GTA Online might be super crowded, which could be fun or a mess.
But honestly, it looks awesome so far. If Rockstar pulls this off, it could be the best GTA yet.

Probably would avoid cross platform between consoles and pc cuz of modding trouble since although there’s less modders due to battle eye anti-cheat, there’s more bugs, glitches and exploits on pc compared to console so it’s just going to be constant new bugs in every future updates and they won’t bother fix them unless it’s money glitches so that’s just how rockstar devs works

That’s a good point as it wouldn’t workout too well. I’m not sure if there would ever be a way to make PC players have some kind of assist to make it more balanced.
