#how do I make the minimum ambient lighting full pitch dark for 1.21.90+ with the vibrant visuals

I would want to assume VV can't do that anymore since its release, but Im not sure. There might be more VV resources in other places..? Unless Cube maybe has an idea
Well yeah that varies with the pack, default Minecraft's Vibrant Visuals already showers the player with tons of ambient lighting, because (God forbid) darkness makes for difficult gameplay
All VV packs have an ambient lighting parameter you can change to zero, use one and modify it.
How do I do that? Your RTX app doesn’t have that as an option
The RTX app doesn't support VV, its only for the RTX pack. If you wanna change the parameters on a vv pack, you should probably research how to edit files of a VV pack! :)
will there be a vibrant visuals app? that would be pretty cool. or at least support for vv on the rtx app?
I could be very mistaken, but I think its souly based on how much attention the RTX app itself gets, if VV will have "app status"
I have some ideas for features a VV feature on the rtx app or an app of its own could have. like being able to change the color grading back to vanilla, blocky or soft shadows, what the minimum ambient light is, and how water looks and waves
how well has it been preforming so far?
because I really like the app
Only Cube knows 🫡
roughly 400 installs a day, 98.6% install success rate
As for VV, I would love to, got a bunch of things planned, there are a lot of cool things I could do for VV, powerful tools, lots of ideas.
But I'd like to remind everyone Vanilla RTX is my passion project (and the only one for now)
I don't get paid enough to do more, because again, It's a passion project, no sane person would be doing what I'm doing.
