Thats the denoiser. Im not RTX tech savvy, but just make sure you update your drivers, and you can possibly dig through the Nvidia app to change some settings to reduce it. If you are using an older gpu, it could be harder to get rid of

Could be the old DLSS version? Look into updating your DLSS version to something newer maybe

I wanna update you since I just learned this; use the Vanilla RTX app, make sure it is updated, and theres a DLSS switch button. You can easily install a new version and it helps so damn much 🙏
